These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Cheer4D ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at cheer4d.cam ("the Website").

By accessing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the Cheer4D platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through cheer4d.cam, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, 4D lottery, slot games, crash games, and any other gaming vertical currently available or added in the future. These Terms are to be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an account on the Cheer4D platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Cheer4D strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all players. This is a non-negotiable requirement that aligns with internationally recognised standards for casino-style gambling operations.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the law of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, or immediate family member of any individual employed by or affiliated with Cheer4D or any of its partner game studios.
• You must not be a self-excluded player who has previously requested exclusion from Cheer4D or from any gambling platform under a recognised self-exclusion programme.
• You must not register or use the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each eligible individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) active account on the Cheer4D platform at any time. Registration of multiple accounts by a single individual, regardless of the device, IP address, payment method, or household used, is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the first-registered account will be suspended without notice, and any balances within duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Cheer4D will never request your password through any communication channel — any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Cheer4D shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify our support team without delay.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your Cheer4D account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within a reasonable processing period, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

Cheer4D supports the following deposit methods for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrency assets including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC). Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed in the platform's cashier interface.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation. FPX bank transfers and online banking deposits typically process within 5 to 15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to the confirmation requirements of the relevant blockchain network.

5.3 Withdrawal Requests

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions: (a) your account KYC verification is complete and approved; (b) no active pending disputes or investigations apply to your account; (c) any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds have been satisfied; and (d) the requested withdrawal amount does not exceed the available real-money balance in your account wallet.

Cheer4D targets withdrawal processing times of under 5 minutes for DuitNow and major e-wallet methods following internal approval. Actual processing times may vary based on third-party payment provider schedules. Withdrawals to bank accounts via FPX may take up to 1 business day.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the Cheer4D platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. Cheer4D does not accept responsibility for currency exchange fluctuations.

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Cheer4D platform are final once confirmed. It is your sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy of any bet — including selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirmation. Cheer4D will not reverse or cancel confirmed bets except in circumstances outlined in Sections 6.2 and 6.3 below.

6.2 Voided Bets

A bet may be voided in the following circumstances: (a) the event to which the bet relates is cancelled or postponed without rescheduling within a defined period; (b) an obvious pricing error (palpable error) is identified by the risk management team; (c) the result of the event is inconclusive or disputed by the relevant governing body; or (d) the bet was accepted in error due to a technical fault on the platform.

6.3 Palpable Errors

Cheer4D reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a human or technical error ("palpable error"). This includes but is not limited to odds that were significantly lower than the true market price. In such cases, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.

6.4 Sports Betting — Specific Rules

Sports markets on Cheer4D include but are not limited to: EPL (English Premier League), La Liga, UEFA Champions League, Liga Super Malaysia, FA Cup Malaysia, UFC, and other international sporting events. Asian Handicap, Over-Under (Totals), 1X2, Mix Parlay, and live in-play markets are available subject to event availability. Specific rules for each market type are available within the platform's sports betting help section.

6.5 Live Casino Games

Participation in live dealer games (including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, and Dragon Tiger) is governed by the individual game rules displayed in the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game session, the round result will be determined by the platform's server records, which shall be considered definitive.

Cheer4D offers various promotional bonuses to registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, referral bonuses, VIP tier rewards, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by the specific terms accompanying each individual promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings or bonus credits may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms (e.g., a 20x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus requires RM2,000 in total qualifying bets).
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%. Slots may contribute between 50–100%. Live casino games may contribute 10–20%. The applicable contribution rates are detailed in each promotion.
• Time Limits: Bonus offers are valid for a specified period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. Uncompleted wagering requirements at the time of bonus expiry will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Eligibility: Promotions are available to eligible registered players only. Cheer4D reserves the right to exclude specific players from promotions at its discretion, including in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit promotions through systematic low-risk betting strategies, arbitrage, or any other method intended to meet wagering requirements without genuine play constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• VIP Tier Rewards: Players progressing through Cheer4D's VIP tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Royal Black Diamond) are entitled to tier-specific benefits as described in the VIP Programme Terms. Monthly turnover thresholds are evaluated at the end of each calendar month.

Cheer4D is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across our entire Malaysian player base. We provide a suite of player-controlled tools designed to support healthy gambling habits, available to all registered users free of charge through the account settings panel.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control the maximum amount that can be funded into their account within a given period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the maximum net loss permitted within a defined time period. Once the limit is reached, further betting is suspended until the applicable period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure reminders or hard limits on the duration of each active session on the platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Cheer4D platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Fraudulent Activity: Any form of fraud, including use of stolen payment credentials, fraudulent chargebacks, or identity theft.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players, internal employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players in any game type.
• Match Manipulation: Placing bets on sporting events with prior knowledge of manipulated outcomes, or participating in any scheme to fix the result of any sporting event.
• Automated Betting Software: Use of robots, bots, scripts, or any automated system to place bets, collect bonuses, or interact with the platform in any way that is not the result of genuine manual human action.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematic exploitation of pricing discrepancies across betting markets, including but not limited to guaranteed profit strategies that circumvent the spirit of betting markets.
• Bonus Abuse: As defined in Section 7 of these Terms.
• Money Laundering: Use of the Cheer4D platform for any money laundering activity or any purpose contrary to applicable anti-money laundering legislation.
• Multiple Account Usage: Registering or operating more than one account as defined in Section 4.1.

All content on the Cheer4D platform, including but not limited to the Cheer4D brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, data feeds, and promotional materials, are the proprietary intellectual property of Cheer4D or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right, licence, or interest in any intellectual property belonging to Cheer4D.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Cheer4D platform without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cheer4D and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, winnings, or revenue arising from the use or inability to use the platform;
• Losses arising from technical faults, platform downtime, network failures, or third-party payment processing delays outside Cheer4D's reasonable control;
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain account security, including losses from unauthorised access to your account;
• Any decision made based on information, statistics, or data displayed on the platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate.

Cheer4D's aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

Cheer4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following request;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9;
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from a linked payment method;
• Regulatory or legal requirement mandating account suspension or closure;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, real-money funds held in the account wallet will remain frozen until the investigation is resolved. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, funds will be released in full. Where a breach is confirmed, funds may be forfeited in whole or in part consistent with these Terms.

Cheer4D reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice displayed on the platform. The revised Terms will become effective immediately upon publication unless a different effective date is specified.

Your continued use of the Cheer4D platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cheer4D is incorporated and licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from the use of the Cheer4D platform shall first be referred to Cheer4D's customer support team for resolution through our internal complaints process.

Cheer4D will endeavour to resolve all player complaints within 5 business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally, the parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith mediation before pursuing any other formal legal remedy.

Players waive any right to pursue class action or group litigation against Cheer4D arising from these Terms or from the use of the platform, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
